Reviews sync automatically from your Google Business Profile.
Your reviews come from your Google Business Profile automatically, so your site always reflects your latest rating.
- Reviews are synced and read-only here - you manage the reviews themselves in Google.
- If you reply to a review in Google, that reply shows too.
- A summary at the top of the Reviews page shows your average rating, total reviews, and response time.
Tip
To get reviews flowing, your Google Business Profile needs to be connected - the Resi team can set that up if it isn't already.
