Onboarding asset checklist
What to provide Resi during onboarding, organized by the product you chose.
A quick reference for what to provide Resi during onboarding, organized by the product you chose. Having these ready upfront keeps your project on track. Send them to your Resi onboarding contact, or attach them to a support request from your property dashboard.
Landing Page (Resi Theme)
Required:
- Logo files (
.svgor.aipreferred) - Brand guide (at minimum: color palette + fonts). If colors and fonts are not provided, Resi uses the theme defaults.
- Completed onboarding form (location info, amenities, property info)
- Stock photography, if property photography is not yet available
Nice to have: renderings or property photography.
Landing Page (Custom)
Required:
- Logo files (
.svgor.ai) - Brand guide (with defined color palette + font usage)
- Completed onboarding form
- Stock imagery direction, if property photography is not yet available
Nice to have: renderings or property photography; background / pattern files or other design elements.
Resi Theme (Full Website)
Required:
- Logo files (
.svgor.ai) - Brand guide (color palette + fonts)
- Property photography, or a minimum of 10 client-provided stock images
- Completed onboarding form
- PMS & CRM integration info (if PMS = RealPage, floor plan images are required)
Nice to have: background / pattern files (if in the brand guide); extra design elements.
Property Website (Custom)
Required:
- Logo files (
.svgor.ai) - Brand guide (primary vs. secondary colors + fonts)
- Property photography (or stock imagery direction + demographics)
- Completed onboarding form
- Website inspiration references (mood, vibe, or competitor examples)
- PMS & CRM integration info (if PMS = RealPage, floor plan images are required)
Nice to have: background / pattern files; additional design elements.
Enterprise Theme (Multi-Property Rollouts)
Required:
- All Custom Website assets for the base theme build
- Per-property assets: logo files (
.svgor.ai), property photography, brand guides (if property-specific), PMS & CRM integration info (RealPage → floor plan images), and a completed onboarding form
Corporate Website (Custom)
Required:
- All Custom Website assets
- Property and team photography
- Completed onboarding form, with additional corporate sections depending on site needs: team members (name, title, bio, photo); properties (type, date built, status, address, website link, unit count, unit types, phone, featured image); careers (benefits, culture, differentiators, and job details if managing jobs on-site)

For Theme products, Resi does not source stock images - clients may source from Unsplash, Pexels, or Adobe Stock, and Resi can license Adobe Stock images when you provide the photo IDs. For Custom and Corporate builds, Resi can assist when direction is provided. Anything missing at kickoff becomes a blocker later, so if an item is not ready, say so up front.
