Enable Resi in RealPage (MyCore)

Resi appears in RealPage as MyCore Industries. RealPage requires you, as the property owner, to authorize the vendor - Resi cannot enable itself.

1. Access the marketplace and approve the vendor request.
   • Log into RealPage.
   • Go to Integration Marketplace > Manage Integrations.
   • Search for MyCore.
   • If MyCore is not listed, check under Vendor Requests or Management Integrations as "Pending." You may also need to send a Vendor Request.
2. Locate the MyCore Industries tile. Click the heart icon to mark it as a favorite, so it appears under My Apps for easier access.
3. Initiate the integration. Click the MyCore tile, then select "Integrate Now" to begin setup.
4. Configure and verify API access. Confirm the necessary permissions are enabled:
   • Enable the APIs on the properties you want to provide access to.
   • Click View APIs to select the APIs to enable on each property.
   • Enable the Pricing and Availability ODE endpoints.
