Get your RentCafe API key

Create a RentCafe API key for Resi and send the token and company code to your Resi contact.

Resi reads your floor plans and property data from RentCafe. You will need a RentCafe Site Manager administrator.

Log into RentCafe Site Manager and sign in with your account credentials.
Go to the API Key Management section.
Create a new API key. V1 and V2 keys are available - Resi recommends V2 if available.
If using a V2 key, assign it to "MyCore Industries" (Resi's listed name in the dropdown).
Send the following to your Resi contact, or add them to your Onboarding Form:
- API Token
- Company Code (for V2 keys)
- Optionally the Property ID or Property Code - or let Resi pull it from the API response.

Resi's vendor name in RentCafe (and RealPage) is MyCore Industries. If you need help generating your key or finding your codes, contact your account manager or submit a support request.
